In our hotel we are waiting for our guests with our own, non carbonated filtered water. If you would like to buy the unique bottle of the filtered water, we are at your disposal at the reception. In addition, it is possible to buy our special water-bottle at the reception, which we refill with filtered water free of charge during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready, however, our employees work hard to prepare your room as soon as possible. If your early arrival can be predicted please notify us thereof upon reservation. Additional charges shall be paid for early arrival if the occupancy of the hotel requires that. You are required to check out until 10 am on the day of your departure. If you wish to check out later, please notify reception. Additional charges shall be paid for late checkout if the occupancy of the hotel requires that.

CLEANING SERVICES
Our housekeepers clean the rooms daily between 9 am and 3 pm on each day.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Your bill may be settled with Euro; however, you cannot exchange money in our hotel. Our employees at the reception are eager to provide information about banks and currency bureaus located in the city and about their opening hours. The nearest place where you can exchange money is within a five-minute walk.

DO NOT DISTURB
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. If you do not wish to receive any phone calls during such time, please notify reception. Pursuant to our House Rules, room numbers are not disclosed to visitors.

FIRE PREVENTION
Please read the fire safety regulations placed on the doors carefully and familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits. Green, luminous signs show the shortest route to the emergency exits. If you detect fire please, call the reception by dialling extension 0! Fire extinguishers and manual, red fire alarms are visibly indicated on each floor. In case of fire, do not use the elevator! Through the staircase you can reach the ground floor and from there you can reach the street.

FIRST AID
Our colleagues at the reception are at your disposal if you need first aid. We do not provide any medicine.

FLOWERS
If you wish to order a bouquet of flowers, please contact reception. Please dial extension 0!

GAS STATION
Ask the reception for directions. We will recommend gas stations located within a 10-15-minute drive.

HAIRDRYER

LAUNDRY AND IRONING SERVICES
Should you need laundry and ironing services, please notify reception. Such services are provided for additional charges, the price list can be found in the wardrobe. Clothes intended to be washed and ironed can be handed over at the reception in the laundry bag located in the wardrobe. Clothes handed over until 8:30 am will be returned on the following day 9:30 am. Operating hours: from Monday until Friday. On Sundays and national holidays the service is limited; for further information please contact reception.

LINEN CHANGE
Linens are changed every 3 days.
If you wish to receive an additional linen change, please inform the reception of such request by dialling extension 0! In order to protect our environment, towels are changed every 3 days. If you wish to receive an additional change, please leave the towel to be changed on the bathroom floor. If our housekeepers find the towels hanged, they will be changed every 3 days.

LOST AND FOUND
With regard to found items, contact the reception. Except for perishable items, found items are stored for six months free of charge.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage services are provided free of charge in our hotel, upon request, contact reception.

LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION
If you need luggage transportation services, ask for help at the reception.

MAINTENANCE
Should you detect any defects in connection with any of the facilities placed in your room, please contact reception by dialling extension 0!

PARKING
The hotel has a car park in Munkás utca with a limited number of parking spaces for our guests arriving by car for a daily fee. The car park is a secured parking lot and the hotel is not liable for cars left in the parking lot. For further information please contact reception.

If you pay in cash, HUF and EUR are accepted. In case of paying with bank cards, the following cards are accepted: American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.

PHARMACY
The nearest pharmacy is a 4-minute walk from the hotel; it is located at Luther utca 4. To learn more about opening hours, contact reception.

PILLOWS
Our guests may choose from pillows with different compositions (3-chamber goose feather filled hard pillow, medicline antiallergen pillow, shaped memory pillow). If you need extra pillows, notify the reception of such need by dialling extension 0!

POST OFFICE
The nearest post office is within a 10-minute walk; however, you may hand over your stamped letters to be mailed to our employees at the reception. Deliveries for you can be picked up at the reception as well.

PRINTING ANG PHOTOCOPYING

PUBLIC TELEPHONE

Smoking in the hotel is prohibited. Smoking in only allowed in designated areas, 5 meters from the main entrance and 5 meters from the entrance of our garden patio. The hotel is entitled to charge you a penalty in the amount of 100 € for infringing our smoking policy.

Several international and Hungarian TV channels or radio stations are available on the TV. The exact allocation of the channels can be found in the channel list.

TIME ZONE
Hungary is in the Central European Time Zone which is 1 hour ahead of the Coordinated Universal Time. You may ask for the exact time at the reception.

TIPS
There is no general regulation in Hungary which sets forth that service fee shall be included in the prices of the hotel and the restaurant. If you are satisfied with the services, tips are always greatly appreciated. The general rate of the tip is 10-15% of the total amount.

TOILETRIES
Shaving kits, toothbrush and toothpaste may be requested at the reception free of charge. The vanity set and the shower cap can be found on the bathroom shelf.

UMBRELLA
In case of bad weather, request the umbrellas provided for our guests at the reception free of charge.
